• Burn strictly on a flat, stable, level, and heat-resistant surface structure.
• Trim the cotton wick to 1/4 inch before lighting to ensure a clean, controlled burn.
True Soap Application Safety
Our hand-poured soaps are traditional cleansing bars. Review safe application rules:
• Intended for washing and body cleansing utility only.
• If irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately.
• Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, flush thoroughly with clean water.
• Not for ingestion. Do not swallow or consume.
Refund & Exchange Indemnity
Because our items are handmade, we maintain strict financial parameters regarding retail operations:
• We maintain a strict NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS policy across all standard transactions.
• Refunds are strictly issued only upon presentation of visual proof that products arrived damaged in mail transport.
• Shipments completely lost in transit by the United States Postal Service (USPS) are covered by corporate protection.
